- Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a project after work has commenced, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs of the work completed up to that point. The fee will be based on the amount of work completed and will be calculated as per the agreed-upon milestones or hourly rates in your contract.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Any upfront deposits paid to secure the project or to cover initial project costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the work we provide. However, we understand that, in certain circumstances, refunds may be necessary. The following conditions apply to refunds:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested if the work provided does not meet the specifications outlined in the signed contract or if we fail to meet delivery deadlines without prior communication or mutual agreement.
- Partial Refunds: If the work is partially completed, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of the work that has been completed up until the cancellation request, minus any applicable non-refundable deposits.
- Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us in writing at harish@logicsol.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for your request. We will review the situation and respond within [X] business days.
- Refund Limitations: We are unable to offer refunds for any work that has been delivered, is in-progress, or has been completed as per your specifications. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf.
3. Payment Terms

- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a project. This deposit covers the initial project setup and development.
- Milestone Payments: Payments are due according to the milestones outlined in the project agreement. These payments are based on the completion of specific deliverables, as agreed upon with you.
- Final Payment: The final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of all deliverables, as per the project scope. If the final payment is not made, we reserve the right to withhold the final deliverables until full payment is received.
4. Service Interruptions
We strive to ensure timely delivery of our services. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as client delays in providing required information, third-party service issues, or technical difficulties. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve the issue. These delays will not be grounds for a refund unless we fail to meet an agreed-upon deadline without prior communication or mutual agreement.
5. Disputes and Resolution
If you have concerns or disputes regarding the Services or payments, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We value open communication and aim to address any problems in a timely and professional manner.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute through communication, we may consider mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms, as agreed upon in the project contract.
